Practical
Applications & Possible Solutions:
Loving Yourself in Order to
Love Others
We each are different, unique,
and special in our physical appearance and
personality. We are not meant to fit into
any standard mold. We are perfect just the
way we are.
Just as every snowflake is
brilliant and beautiful in each own way,
so are we. The standards of external physical
beauty vary from culture to culture and
time to time.
You were born into this physical
body in all its perfection. It is vital
to accept, love, cherish, and maintain this
physical body. Remember that your body hears
every thought you think, and every word
you speak. Thank your body for all it does
for you so well every minute of every day.
Fill your heart with love
and acceptance. Feel your connection to
every other love filled heart. Then extend
that feeling outward to include every living
entity in this universe.
Until you are able to accept
and love yourself, you cannot truly love
another. When your heart is full, and you
share that love with another, more love
rushes into your heart overflowing into
all aspects of your life. It all starts
with you.
